There is no pizza in Rome without a Supplì! Similar to an arancino, the Supplì is a fried rice croquette with mozzarella at its centre. According to Roman tradition, rice is cooked with ragù – a Bolognese-type sauce, it is then made into a ball, mozzarella is placed in its center, it is passed in eggs and then breaded and fried. To ensure everybody can enjoy this delicacy, we created two vegan versions.
