The online ordering application is owned and operated by the License Agreement Holder granted by Camarero10, a trademark owned by Digital Restaurant, S.L., a Spanish commercial company with CIF B87965752 and registered office at C/HORTALEZA, 81 3 DCHA – 28004 Madrid.
Without prejudice to the general nature of the Terms and Conditions described below and to avoid any doubt, You (the Customer) must also comply with the license agreement to use the application for placing orders online.
The Holder will do everything possible to ensure that the information about online orders is correct and secure. However, it cannot be infallible and, at times, errors may occur. You must take appropriate measures to verify all information related to online orders before using it. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Holder disclaims all representations or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, with respect to any aspect related to online orders, including, but not limited to, the availability of the online ordering application.
The Holder may review, at any time, the information related to the online ordering application and/or the online ordering process and reserves the right to make such changes without the obligation to notify past, current, or future customers. Under no circumstances shall the Holder be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of any information contained in this document and/or related to the online ordering process.
When placing an order online, you acknowledge and agree that the use of the application and/or the online ordering process is at your own risk and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and under no circumstances shall the Holder be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, nor for loss of profits, as a result of the use or inability to use this online ordering application and/or any application and/or material on any site linked to this online ordering application (including, but not limited to, viruses or other errors, defects, or the malfunctioning of computer transmissions or network communications), even if we have been advised of the possibility of such problems. Furthermore, we accept no liability for changes to the content of the online ordering application and/or the online ordering process by unauthorized third parties. All express or implied statements or warranties are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

The Holder is not responsible for the content of such websites nor for the content of any third-party promotion or sponsorship nor for compliance with these regulations. The links can be accessed at the user’s own risk, and the Holder is not responsible for or guarantees the content, integrity, or accuracy of these links or websites that refer to this online ordering application. You agree to indemnify and hold the Holder harmless from any liability resulting from your use of information from third parties or the use of any third-party website.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, all information related to the online ordering application (including, but not limited to, images, buttons, and text) is owned and/or made available with the permission of the License Agreement Holder regarding the use of the online ordering application and holds usage rights over these and cannot be copied, distributed, reproduced, or transmitted in any form or by any means, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording, or otherwise, without the prior written consent of the latter.
